WorldatWork Recertification Program You did it — your hard work and dedication earned a prestigious WorldatWork certification. But don’t let it lapse! Recertification is more than maintaining a credential — it's reinforcing your expertise, staying current in a dynamic field and demonstrating your ongoing commitment to excellence in Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits. WorldatWork’s recertification program is designed to utilize learning you’re already doing — like webinars, courses, and events — making it easier to stay certified. To maintain an active certification status, you must earn a total of 30 recertification credits (20 general recertification credits and 10 domain-specific recertification credits) every three years.
